Wherever possible we use Australia Post. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which case Startrack or another carrier may be used.
We are committed to shipping your goods ASAP after we receive your order. In most cases this will be within 24 hours.
If you become aware that you have given us incorrect delivery information please contact us as soon as possible to let us know about the error.
Some of our carriers are happy to leave goods at your nominated shipping address while others will return items that cannot be delivered to a Post Office or depot for later collection. You must take this into account when nominating a shipping address and we strongly suggest you make sure that someone will be at the nominated shipping address to receive the goods in person, particularly when the value of the goods being shipped is high or if you live in a remote location.
If your order is returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, or because nobody was at the delivery address nominated to sign for and receive the goods, you will be charged the cost of reshipping and/or redelivering the order.
Shipping time will depend on what you have purchased, where you live, and the shipping method that you have chosen or that applies to your particular purchase. In most cases, your purchase should arrive within 1 - 10 business days of purchase.
We will email you once your goods have been shipped, and provide you with tracking information when this is available.

If you need something urgently or by a particular date please let us know before you place your order so that we can confirm availability and lead times.
It is your obligation to provide us with accurate and complete delivery information. For deliveries to business premises this includes the name of the business, and the building level, suite number, and any special delivery instructions that the carrier may need.
You may also be liable for any costs incurred in relation to parcels which are returned to sender.
Change of Mind
Please contact us ASAP if you wish to change or cancel your order.
If the order is yet to be invoiced it may be possible to stop it before it leaves our warehouse. However, if the item has been invoiced, packed or shipped this becomes more difficult. We will let you know whether it has been possible to change or cancel your order in our correspondence with you.
Please note that you will incur the costs of returning the goods to us if it has not been possible to stop your order.
