Refunds & Returns

We stand by our products.  If you have bought something from us that is not of acceptable quality, does not do what it is supposed to do, or is significantly different to the product that you viewed online or that was described to you by one of our staff members we will either:
  • REPAIR the item
  • Provide you with a REPLACEMENT, or
  • Arrange a REFUND   
Please contact us before returning the goods so that we can talk through the options and identify the nature of the problem, and so that we can give you instructions on how best to return the item.  We may require you to provide us with photographs or other information, and you will be required to provide proof of purchase.  You may also be required to cover the cost of returning goods. 

These benefits are in addition to other rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.  Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
